Advance Payment Requirement:
All bookings made through the Pyxida Rent a Car IKE website require full payment in advance via credit card.
Accepted Credit Cards:
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners. Payments must be made using a valid credit card issued in the name of the primary driver.
Sufficient Credit Balance:
Customers must ensure their credit card has sufficient balance at the time of rental. Failure to provide a valid credit card or sufficient funds may result in the booking being canceled without refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Failure to meet the above payment requirements.
Unused rental periods or early returns.

Secure Payment Processing:
Pyxida Rent a Car IKE ensures all online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with Security Standards.
Data Encryption:

Customer Responsibility:

Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least 21 days before the scheduled pick-up date are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 21 days before the pick-up date will result in the loss of the advance payment.

Force Majeure:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, travel bans, etc.), refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
